SIZING: Sweatshirts are UNISEX. They are not fitted and run closer to a mens fit than ladies. Women should order one size down if you like your sweatshirts with a retail fit. Order true to size for a more roomy feel. **The XS is a different brand but still comfy**
MADE TO ORDER: Each shirt is made to order, and vinyl printed by hand. I need 6-10 business days to print and ship your order. If you need your shirt quickly....send me a message and I will see what I can do for you.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: I want you to love your apparel, just like I do. So if you are unhappy with your purchase, please fill out a contact form and I will work with you to solve any problems with your order. Sorry I can not refund customize orders or wholesale bundles.

T-shirts & Sweatshirts are a cotton/poly blend.
Onesies are 100% cotton.

- Typical turnaround is 3-5 days for pre-printed products, then ready for shipping depending on which option you choose.
- Custom artwork, prints and apparel have a 2-3 week in-house production time before shipping. Please message me if you need this by a certain time.
Returns:
- Custom artwork & prints (including custom apparel) are ineligible for returns.
- At this time, only standard sweatshirts, t-shirts and onesies are eligible for return.
- If you have a special circumstance, please don't hesitate to fill out the contact form and I will be in touch within 1 business day.

Apparel & Blankets: Suggested to wash inside out on cold and dry on a low-tumble or hang dry for artwork preservation.
